Requirements
Previous experience in tourism, travel operations, or tour planning.Strong knowledge of travel destinations, particularly Egypt.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple bookings and deadlines simultaneously.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and travel-related systems is an advantage.Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.Applications from candidates without relevant experience will not be considered.

Golden City Travel is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Tour Operator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about travel and experienced in designing exceptional travel experiences across Egypt and international destinations.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and customize travel itineraries for individuals (FITs) and groups.Prepare comprehensive travel programs, including accommodations, transportation, sightseeing, and other travel services.Handle inbound travel requests and manage bookings from inquiry to completion.Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transportation providers, guides, and other suppliers.Provide destination expertise and professional travel recommendations.Ensure all reservations and travel arrangements are accurate and well-organized.Monitor bookings and operational requirements to ensure seamless trip execution.Assist clients before, during, and after travel, providing excellent customer service.Resolve operational issues efficiently and professionally when required.
