Job Purpose:Grow and sustain Genuine Oil B2B sales through well developed and solid dealer network to better serve Toyota customers across Egypt.Key Responsibilities:Full achievement & exceeding of monthly Revenue & Gross Margin amounts & percentageSell aged stock as per company policy & stock conditionAssure sustainable relationship with wholesalersSets suitable sales target with the right product per regionPrepare detailed action plan for sales per areaOrganize monthly visits with wholesalers sales teamTo thoroughly study Toyota products line-up and subjected application per model & vehicle ageUpdate management with Toyota products positioning against other brandsSubmit recommendations for new products and/or packs to sustain sales at the assigned areasStudy targeted customer behavior & usage habitsRegular monitoring competitor's activities, pricing, and general market conditionQualifications & Experience:Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business.3–5 years of relevant experienceExperience in automotive aftersales wholesale (spare parts, oils, etc.)Strong leadership and market analysis skillsIntegrity and accountability Analytical and customer-focused mindset Effective communication and teamwork Strong planning, follow-up, and execution skills
