Requirements
Requires 2-5+ years of total experience in ERP/HRIS Enterprise Applications, with at least 2 years specifically in Oracle Fusion HCM implementations. Must have a proven track record of leading end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations. Essential technical skills include deep domain knowledge of core and advanced HCM modules (Global HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Recruiting, Time & Labor, Absence Management, Benefits) and experience with integration tools (OIC, HDL, PBL) and reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher). Strong knowledge of cloud security, custom role mapping, data privacy, and compliance standards is also required.
