📢 We’re Hiring | Finance Manager📍 Location: Heliopolis, Cairo Key ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee the company’s day-to-day finance and accounting operations.Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes.Monitor cash flow, working capital, receivables, payables, and overall liquidity.Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.Analyze financial performance, costs, margins, and variances and provide recommendations to management.Ensure proper inventory valuation, costing, and stock accounting, particularly across distribution and F&B operations.Monitor and control operating expenses and identify opportunities for improved cost efficiency.Ensure compliance with tax, accounting, and statutory requirements.Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, banks, and other financial stakeholders.Establish and maintain effective financial controls, policies, and procedures.Support management with financial analysis and business decision-making.Lead and develop the finance team, ensuring clear responsibilities, accuracy, and high performance.Work closely with other departments including Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Management. RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.7+ years of relevant experience, with at least 2–3 years in a Finance Manager or similar leadership role.Strong experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial analysis.Solid knowledge of cost accounting and inventory management.Experience in FMCG, Distribution, Manufacturing, or F&B is highly preferred.Strong knowledge of Egyptian accounting and tax regulations.Excellent Excel and financial analysis skills.Experience with ERP/accounting systems.Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced and growing business environment.Strong communication skills and the ability to present financial information clearly to management.
