· Managing finance functions involving designing and implementing systems, policies & procedures to facilitate internal financial control towards the accomplishment of organizational goals.· Formulating need-based business plans & strategies for maximizing profitability & revenue generation for realizing the organizational goals.· Manage Accounting System.· Manage Internal Control System.· Manage Treasury & Banking Systems.· Managing Finance & Investment.· Prepare & Manage Feasibility Studies for New Projects.· Liaising with internal auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out.· Developing external relationships with appropriate contacts, e.g. auditors, bankers and other organization.· Producing accurate financial reports to specific deadlines.· Analyze & Evaluate Company’s total performance Financially.· Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to Managing Director while recommending further courses of action.· Identify patterns in company spending and revenue; create and propose solutions to any problem areas.· Supervise audit and tax functions, coordinate activities with outside audit firms and review firms performance.· Oversees Currency exchange rate & Producers to eliminate any currency exchange deficit· Review collection reports to determine the status of collections and the amounts of outstanding balances.
