Description
Oversee the delivery and management of housekeeping services, ensuring compliance with company standards and operational procedures.Lead, train, and develop housekeeping teams to maintain operational excellence and consistently deliver high-quality service standards.Establish and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for housekeeping activities to improve efficiency, consistency, and service quality.Conduct regular inspections and audits of facilities to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with health and safety regulations.Monitor housekeeping performance and prepare operational reports and documentation for management review.Manage housekeeping supplies, cleaning materials, and equipment inventory while ensuring cost-effective procurement and usage.Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational guidelines across the housekeeping teamManage relationships with external service providers and suppliers to ensure service quality and contractual compliance.Assist in budget planning and cost monitoring related to housekeeping operations.
