Project Engineer About The Role We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer with 10–15 years of experience in high-rise, luxury residential, and complex commercial projects. The role will support the successful delivery of projects by coordinating technical, construction, quality, and site activities.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate civil and architectural works from design through construction and completion.Review drawings, specifications, shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals.Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and internal project teams.Monitor construction progress, quality, and compliance with approved designs and specifications.Conduct site inspections and identify and resolve technical and construction issues.Coordinate RFIs, inspections, technical submissions, and approvals.Ensure effective coordination between civil, structural, architectural, MEP, and other disciplines.Support project programme, quality, and handover activities.Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with project requirements.Participate in technical and progress meetings and provide updates on project issues and actions.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.10–15 years of relevant experience in construction, development, or project management.Proven experience with high-rise buildings and complex residential/commercial developments.Strong knowledge of construction, technical coordination, and quality requirements.Experience working with developers, consultants, and contractors.Strong understanding of drawings, specifications, and construction documentation.UAE/GCC experience preferred.Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and project management skills.Experience with luxury or high-end developments is highly desirable.Key CompetenciesTechnical and engineering expertiseProject coordinationConstruction managementDesign and multidisciplinary coordinationQuality and attention to detailProblem-solving and decision-makingContractor and consultant managementStakeholder communicationPlanning and organisationRisk identification and mitigationStrong ownership and accountability
