Requirements
Previous experience as a Reservations Supervisor or in a similar role within hospitality is required. Experience in high-end, lifestyle, or standalone restaurants/beach clubs is preferred. Strong knowledge of restaurant reservation systems, excellent communication and organizational skills, and strong attention to detail are essential. Pre-opening experience and UAE or Middle East experience are a plus.
