Requirements

Job PurposeSupport the Marketing Manager in developing, planning, and executing integrated marketing strategies and campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, qualified leads, and business growth.The role involves coordinating across digital marketing, BTL, events, creative, content, media, PR, and sales teams to ensure effective and consistent execution of marketing initiatives.Key Responsibilities1. Marketing Planning & Strategy- Support the development and execution of annual and quarterly marketing plans.- Translate business objectives into actionable marketing campaigns and initiatives.- Conduct market, competitor, and customer research to identify opportunities.- Support the development of marketing budgets and campaign forecasts.- Monitor marketing trends and recommend relevant opportunities.2. Campaign Management- Coordinate the execution of integrated ATL, BTL, Digital, Social Media, Events, and PR campaigns.- Develop campaign briefs and coordinate with internal teams and external agencies.- Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and according to brand guidelines.- Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimization opportunities.3. Digital & Social Media- Coordinate with digital marketing agencies and internal digital teams.- Monitor social media content calendars and campaign execution.- Track key digital KPIs such as Reach, Engagement, Leads, CPL, CPA, Conversion Rate, and ROAS.- Support paid media planning, optimization, and reporting.4. Brand Management- Ensure consistency of the company's brand identity across all marketing touchpoints.- Coordinate the development of marketing materials, presentations, brochures, signage, and other collateral.- Work closely with creative teams to ensure designs reflect the brand strategy and guidelines.5. Sales & Lead Generation- Coordinate with the Sales team to align marketing campaigns with sales objectives.- Monitor lead generation activities and lead quality.- Support the development of campaigns aimed at generating qualified leads and conversions.- Analyze the marketing-to-sales funnel and identify opportunities for improvement.6. Agencies & Suppliers- Manage day-to-day communication with marketing agencies, media agencies, creative agencies, event agencies, and suppliers.- Prepare briefs, review deliverables, and ensure timely execution.- Support supplier negotiations and cost optimization.- Monitor agency performance and deliverables.7. Reporting & Analytics- Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports.- Analyze campaign results against KPIs and budgets.- Track marketing spend, CPL, CAC, conversion rates, and ROI/ROAS where applicable.- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to the Marketing Manager.8. Cross-Functional Coordination- Work closely with Sales, Digital Marketing, Creative, PR, Events, Customer Experience, and Operations teams.- Ensure smooth communication and execution across departments.- Support the Marketing Manager in managing multiple projects and priorities.
