Requirements
1–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in call center or BPO hiring.Experience recruiting for Arabic-speaking customer service or call center roles is preferred.Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skillsExcellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
