Description
We are looking for a hands-on Senior Software Architect to join our team and lead the technical architecture of a new ERP platform, starting with a POS product and expanding into an integrated business management system.You will work closely with our Product and Business Analysis team, Technical Lead, and developers to translate business requirements into clear technical designs and guide their implementation through launch and production.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the system architecture, including module boundaries, data models, APIs, and integration patterns.Collaborate with the Product and Business Analysis team to clarify requirements, identify dependencies, and address technical risks before development.Evaluate technical options and communicate their impact on delivery time, cost, performance, and maintainability.Partner with the Technical Lead to turn architectural decisions into practical implementation plans.Stay actively involved in code reviews, technical problem-solving, and prototypes that validate critical design decisions.Design for security, access control, tenant isolation, reliability, monitoring, backup, and recovery.Address POS requirements such as multi-branch operations, device integrations, offline functionality, and data synchronization.Document architectural decisions and their rationale, mentor engineers, and support knowledge sharing across the team.
