Certifications-CompTIA Security+ EC-Council Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) Tenable VM Specialist We are seeking an experienced Vulnerability Management Specialist responsible for managing enterprise-wide vulnerability assessment activities, driving risk-based remediation strategies, and enhancing the organization's security posture. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Tenable Security Center, vulnerability scanning, risk prioritization, remediation tracking, and stakeholder engagement across infrastructure, cloud, and application teams. Key Responsibilities - Perform regular vulnerability assessments using Tenable Security Center across enterprise environments. Configure and optimize scanning policies, schedules, repositories, and scan zones. Conduct authenticated and unauthenticated VA scans and validate findings. Analyze vulnerabilities using CVSS, exploitability, threat intelligence, and asset criticality. Develop risk-based prioritization roadmaps and remediation plans. Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, application, and security teams to drive remediation. Track remediation SLAs and provide executive dashboards and reporting. Support audits and compliance initiatives aligned to ISO 27001, NIST, CIS, and PCI-DSS. Continuously improve vulnerability management processes and automation capabilities. Skills and knowledge:Hands-on experience with Tenable Security Center (Tenable.sc). Strong understanding of vulnerability assessment and management lifecycle. Knowledge of CVE, CVSS, CWE, and MITRE ATT&CK. Experience with Windows, Linux, Network, Cloud, and Virtualized environments. Excellent analytical, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
