External Job DescriptionMAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Strong experience in managing Windows Server systems, including installation, configuration, and maintenance. Solid knowledge of networking protocols: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLAN. Experience with monitoring and maintenance tools, including performance monitoring, backup solutions, and troubleshooting. Proficient in virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) and capable of managing virtual environments efficiently. Ability to manage and operate systems on-premises and in the cloud (Hybrid Environment). Experience in storage systems management, including SAN/NAS, storage allocation, and performance optimization. Design and implement Disaster Recovery (DR) strategies, backup planning, and business continuity procedures. Participate in system architecture and design, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security of IT infrastructure. Experience in managing and operating data center environments, including servers, racks, power, cooling, and network infrastructure. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot complex technical issues. Support other employees of the IT section in fulfilling their roles and provide technical guidance. Ensure compliance with all safety, housekeeping, and environmental directives. Perform system upgrades, patching, and optimization to maintain high availability and performance.
