Role Objectives:The Senior People Advisor acts as a trusted People partner to managers and employees, overseeing People operations, employee relations, engagement and performance initiatives. This role provides advisory support to line managers, resolves complex People issues, and ensures alignment of People programs with organizational priorities.Key Responsibilities:People Operations & ReportingOversee the execution of People operations including workforce scheduling, payroll data validation, and system accuracy.Deliver People reports and workforce analytics (e.g., turnover trends, engagement data) for decision-making purposes.Ensure data integrity across HRIS and prepare monthly headcount reports.Recruitment & Onboarding Partner with Talent Acquisition to support mid-level hiring, participating in interview panels when needed.Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires, aligning with managers to ensure full role integration.Evaluate probationary outcomes and ensure consistent feedback loops with managers.Employee Relations (ER)Act as a senior contact for employee relations, managing escalated cases and initial investigations.Ensure consistent and fair application of policies while maintaining compliance with labor law.Provide guidance to managers on resolving performance or behavioral concerns.Engagement & CultureLead employee engagement initiatives, from planning recognition programs to conducting pulse checks.Monitor engagement KPIs (e.g., participation rates) and recommend interventions to address gaps.Promote a culture of inclusion and recognition across all levels.Performance and DevelopmentOversee performance review processes including PDPs and PIPs, ensuring timely completion.Coordinate training programs based on team-specific needs and track completion rates.Coach managers on feedback and employee development conversations.Provide insights and recommendations to management on workforce trends, retention, and organizational improvements.Required Education, Knowledge, And Skills:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.3 to 5 years of progressive HR experience, with exposure to employee relations and performance management.Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor law, and compliance.Solid analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
