Requirements
A- Technical competencies requiredDiploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.2–4 years of experience in document control within construction or ELV/LC projects.Familiarity with document control systems (e.g., Aconex, EDMS, or internal systems).Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel & Outlook).B- Behavioral Competencies requiredExcellent communication skills (verbal and written).Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and reporting tools.Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.Ability to work under pressure and manage cross-functional teams.
Description
Document ManagementReceive, register, and distribute incoming and outgoing documents (RFIs, drawings, submittals, letters).Maintain updated records of all project documents, including:Shop DrawingsMaterial SubmittalsRFIs / MOMs / NCRsTransmittals & CorrespondenceAs-built documents and final handover packagesFiling & ArchivingEnsure all documents are accurately filed (hard copy & soft copy) in accordance with the document control procedure.Maintain logical and secure archiving systems with easy retrieval paths.Tracking & ReportingTrack the status of submitted documents (pending, approved, rejected).Maintain logs for submissions, approvals, revisions, and re-submissions.Notify relevant departments of approaching deadlines or outstanding documents.CoordinationCoordinate with technical, procurement, and site teams for timely document submissions.Communicate with consultants/main contractors for document submission protocols.Ensure document templates and formats comply with project/client standards.
