Job PurposeResponsible for supporting the empowerment of students and alumni by providing guidance on career pursuing skills, helping in learning career tackling tools, facilitating networking with industry professionals, linking them to internship and job opportunities that match their interests and goals, and advising them to initiate their professional journey, strengthening student employability outcomes and market alignment at SU TECH Elsewedy University.Key AccountabilitiesHandles career advising meeting with students and alumni to guide them through their career initiation stage.Provides guidance on creating resumes, and cover letters, and hosts “CV writing” workshops with professionals for SU Tech students and alumni.Arranges for interviewing simulations and “interview preparation” workshops to help students build confidence during potential interview appointments and advance their interviewing skills.Builds strong relationships with employers, alumni, faculty, and staff to expand the range of internship and job opportunities available to students.Collaborates with employers, industry professionals and partners, and alumni to identify internship and job opportunities suitable for SU Tech students and alumni.Develops comprehensive internship/ job postings that accurately reflect the requirements and expectations of potential employers.Handles posting internships and jobs on the University website to facilitate matching students & alumni to suitable opportunities.Attends career fairs, networking events to stay updated for opportunities within various sectors.Coordinates with academic and internal teams to ensure effective delivery of employer-linked programs and initiatives.Assists in the implementation of Career Advising & Development Services (CADS) initiatives, including student engagement activities, and career readiness programs.Handles the preparation and implementation of career fairs and on campus employer event days.Coordinates with academic teams in all schools/ programs to ensure alignment between student profiles, employer requirements, and internship opportunities.Assists in managing student pipelines and matching processes for internships and employer opportunities.Contributes to improving student readiness and employer experience through structured coordination and follow-up.
