Must have strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, ITPs, method statements, NCRs, inspection processes, and quality documentation, along with good communication, coordination, documentation, and problem-solving skills. UAE/GCC project experience is an advantage.

Salary: AED 10000 + Accomodation ProvidedProject Location: Taweelah Independent Power Plant, KIZAD Abu Dhabi.We are looking for an experienced QA/QC Engineer with strong experience in EPC projects, construction, and power plant projects. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all construction activities and deliverables comply with approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, and applicable codes.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Plan, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), and QA/QC procedures.Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project requirements.Conduct inspections and coordinate Inspection Requests (IRs) with the client/consultant.Review material approvals, material certificates, test reports, and other quality documentation.Coordinate with construction teams, subcontractors, consultants, and clients on quality-related matters.Raise, monitor, and close NCRs, observations, and corrective actions.Ensure proper implementation of approved method statements and ITPs at site.Conduct internal quality inspections and support project quality audits.Maintain and update QA/QC records, inspection reports, test results, and quality documentation.Ensure construction activities comply with relevant international standards, project specifications, and client requirements.Participate in quality meetings and provide regular quality reports to project management.Support the preparation of QA/QC dossiers and final handover documentation.Coordinate with testing laboratories and third-party inspection agencies where required.Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in QA/QC, preferably within the UAE.Strong experience in EPC projects and construction environments.Power plant project experience is mandatory.Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, ITPs, method statements, NCRs, inspection processes, and quality documentation.Experience working with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and EPC contractors.Good knowledge of relevant ISO standards, ASTM, ASME, BS, and project-specific specifications.Strong communication, coordination, documentation, and problem-solving skills.UAE/GCC project experience will be an advantage.Relevant QA/QC certifications such as ISO 9001 Lead Auditor/Internal Auditor, CSWIP, AWS, NDT, or other discipline-specific certifications
