Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced QA/QC Engineer – Civil to ensure that construction activities are executed in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, and client requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesImplement QA/QC procedures, Project Quality Plan (PQP), and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs).Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with approved drawings and project specifications.Review material submittals, method statements, shop drawings, and inspection requests.Monitor testing and inspection activities and maintain accurate quality records.Prepare inspection reports, NCRs, corrective action reports, and other quality documentation.Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors on quality-related matters.Identify quality issues and ensure timely corrective and preventive actions.Maintain complete QA/QC documentation for project handover.RequirementsBachelor's Degree (B.Sc.) in Civil Engineering.Minimum 5 years of experience in Civil Construction QA/QC.Minimum 2 years of UAE experience is required.Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, ITPs, inspections, and construction standards.Experience in preparing quality reports and handling NCRs.Good communication and coordination skills.Candidates currently available in the UAE are preferred.
