About Full StockFull Stock is a food and beverage company serving the HORECA sector, with operations spanning production and distribution across multiple sites in Egypt.About the RoleWe're hiring our first Cost Controller, a newly created role owning end-to-end cost visibility across our operations, from production costing at the factory to inventory and distribution costs across all company sites. You'll build our costing framework from the ground up, working closely with Production, Warehousing, Purchasing, and Sales to protect margins and give leadership a real-time picture of where cost is created and where it can be controlled.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain standard unit costs and Bills of Materials (BOMs)Track material, labor, and overhead variances between standard and actual production costs, and prepare a monthly Standard vs. Actual Cost Variance ReportValue work-in-progress (WIP) inventory and support period-end production cost closingOwn inventory valuation (FIFO / weighted average) and stock reconciliation across all sitesAnalyze cost of goods sold (COGS) by SKU, product line, and customer/routeMonitor and control freight, warehousing, and handling costsTrack shrinkage, wastage, and stock discrepancies, and recommend corrective actionPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual cost and margin reports for managementSupport month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, and auditsAct as the primary link between Finance, Production, Warehousing, Purchasing, and Sales on cost mattersMaintain accurate cost and pricing data within the ERP system, using AI tools like Claude to speed up reconciliations and reporting
