Must have 8+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including leadership within a multinational or shared services environment. Strong knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, consolidation, financial reporting, audit, tax, and treasury functions is essential, along with proven experience managing multi-entity international operations and hands-on ERP implementation or finance transformation experience. Advanced Excel and financial reporting skills are required.

OverviewA leading multinational aviation services and asset management organization is seeking a hands-on Regional Accounting Manager to lead accounting, finance, audit, tax, and shared services activities across multiple international entities. This role will play a key part in strengthening financial controls, supporting business growth, leading a major ERP implementation, and partnering with senior leadership across global operations.Key ResponsibilitiesLead accounting operations for entities across the UAE, India, Ireland, and USA, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.Manage month-end and year-end close, AP/AR, reconciliations, fixed assets, and intercompany accounting.Drive process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement across the shared services function.Oversee audit, tax compliance, statutory reporting, and regulatory requirements across relevant jurisdictions.Lead the finance workstream for a new ERP implementation, including requirements gathering, testing, data migration, training, and go-live support.Support Group consolidation, treasury activities, management reporting, and board-level presentations.Partner with operational leaders, legal, compliance, and finance teams on cross-border transactions and business initiatives.Develop and mentor finance team members while building scalable processes to support future growth.Key RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA, CA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent preferred.8+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including leadership within a multinational or shared services environment.Strong knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, consolidation, financial reporting, audit, tax, and treasury functions.Proven experience managing multi-entity international operations.Hands-on ERP implementation or finance transformation experience.Advanced Excel and financial reporting skills.Experience within aviation, aerospace, MRO, leasing, asset management, or similar industries is advantageous.Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership capabilities.Willingness to travel internationally as required.#RegionalAccountingManager #FinanceLeadership #SharedServices #AccountingJobs #ERPImplementation #FinanceManager #IFRS #USGAAP #MultinationalFinance #UAEJobs
