In this role, you will:

  • Validate the completeness of purchase order requirements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Accurately enter orders into the business system in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with relevant functional teams or personnel to resolve order-related issues and ensure all customer instructions and requirements are properly followed.
  • Expedite and escalate order concerns to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and requests. 
  • Support team operations through back-up responsibilities and workload sharing
  • Conduct audit on processed orders of other team members.
