Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with significant experience in the UAE healthcare/medical sector. Previous experience as an HR Manager / HR Head within a medical facility in Abu Dhabi is highly preferred. Strong and practical knowledge of DOH regulations and healthcare licensing requirements. Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR compliance. Proven experience managing both clinical and non-clinical employees. Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. UAE experience is mandatory. Candidates currently based in Abu Dhabi are highly preferred.

We are hiring a highly experienced and proactive HR Director to lead and manage the full HR function in Abu Dhabi.The ideal candidate will have strong experience within the UAE healthcare sector, preferably in Abu Dhabi, with solid knowledge of DOH regulations and healthcare licensing requirements.ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the complete HR function, ensuring effective HR operations across the medical facility.Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems in line with UAE Labour Law, DOH requirements, and healthcare industry best practices.Manage the full employee lifecycle, including manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, promotions, transfers, and offboarding.Ensure all healthcare professionals maintain valid DOH licenses, registrations, credentials, and required documentation.Coordinate with relevant departments regarding DOH licensing, professional classification, renewals, transfers, and compliance requirements.Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, contracts, HR files, and personnel documentation.Monitor employee attendance, leave, payroll inputs, benefits, and other HR-related matters in coordination with the relevant departments.Manage employee relations professionally, including grievances, disciplinary matters, investigations, conflicts, and workplace concerns.Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, employment contracts, internal policies, and applicable healthcare regulations.Develop and monitor performance appraisal and KPI systems to support employee development and organizational performance.Identify training and development needs and coordinate appropriate training programs and professional development initiatives.Prepare HR reports, workforce analytics, headcount reports, turnover analysis, and other management reports as required.Support management with workforce planning, organizational development, salary structures, and HR strategies.Maintain strong relationships with employees, department heads, medical professionals, and senior management.Handle HR audits and ensure the organization remains inspection-ready and fully compliant with applicable regulations.Identify HR risks and recommend practical solutions to improve employee retention, engagement, productivity, and compliance.Continuously review and improve HR processes to ensure efficiency, professionalism, and a positive employee experience.RequirementsBachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.7+ years of progressive HR experience, with significant experience in the UAE healthcare/medical sector.Previous experience as an HR Manager / HR Head within a medical facility in Abu Dhabi is highly preferred.Strong and practical knowledge of DOH regulations and healthcare licensing requirements.Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR compliance.Proven experience managing both clinical and non-clinical employees.Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.UAE experience is mandatory.Candidates currently based in Abu Dhabi are highly preferred.Salary: Up to 40.000 AED
