Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum 2-5 years of real estate experience, preferably in resale and/or rental transactions.Strong network of brokers, agents, and industry connections is highly preferredSolid understanding of real estate market trends, property valuation, and inventory managementStrong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
Description
· Attain leads through different channels (brokers, connections, referrals) to achieve resale and rental targets· Coordinate and cooperate with the primary sales team if needed· Monitor inventory of resale properties and rental units, optimizing offerings based on market demand· Interact with customers, address inquiries, and handle customer complaints to ensure positive customer experience & customer satisfaction· Negotiate resale property prices or rental terms with customers, ensuring favorable deals for the company· Manage and negotiate contract terms for resale and rental agreements· Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for resale transactions· Generate reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and customer feedback. Manage deal closures & relationships between buyers and sellers
