The role ensures all plumbing services operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards while providing timely support to operational requirements and guest requestsAbout The RolePerform preventive and corrective maintenance on domestic water, drainage, hot water, sanitary, and plumbing systems. Diagnose and repair water leakages, pipe blockages, faulty valves, pumps, sanitary fixtures, and plumbing equipment. Install, replace, and maintain pipes, fittings, valves, water closets, wash basins, faucets, and other plumbing fixtures. Carry out routine inspections of plumbing systems and report defects requiring corrective action. Respond promptly to maintenance requests, emergencies, and plumbing breakdowns. Assist with pipe modifications, shutdown activities, and commissioning of new plumbing installations. Conduct flushing, temperature monitoring, and other water hygiene activities as directed. Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and safe condition. Complete maintenance records, work orders, and inspection reports accurately. Follow all Health, Safety, and Permit-to-Work procedures while carrying out maintenance activities. Coordinate with other engineering trades and contractors to ensure efficient completion of maintenance works. Support water conservation initiatives by identifying leaks and recommending improvements.May assist in training or mentoring Technician 1 roles.
