The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our procurement processes, ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services necessary for our media operations. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of procurement best practices, excellent negotiation skills, and experience in the media industry. Key responsibilities: Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors. Maintain and develop relationships with key suppliers. Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with vendors to secure advantageous terms. Manage the entire procurement process from requisition to delivery. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Prepare and process purchase orders and requisitions. Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities. Implement cost control strategies and monitor expenditures. Prepare cost-benefit analyses and reports for management review. Ensure that purchased goods and services meet quality standards and specifications. Coordinate with internal departments to understand and meet their procurement needs. Conduct supplier performance evaluations and audits. Identify and mitigate risks associated with the procurement process. Develop and implement contingency plans for supply chain disruptions. Ensure ethical and sustainable procurement practices. Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and transactions.
