Requirements
Proven work experience as a Guest Service Agent, Opera experience, active listening and effective communication skills, flexibility to work in shifts, and strong organizational and multitasking skills are required. Previous experience in a large luxury hotel with at least 500 keys is also a requirement, with pre-opening experience being an advantage.
