We are looking for an experienced Senior Healthcare Strategy & Operations Advisor to support executive leadership within a leading healthcare organization in Dubai. This role is ideal for someone who has worked within a large hospital group, healthcare network, healthcare authority, academic medical center, integrated healthcare system, or healthcare consulting environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate healthcare market developments, patient demand and emerging service opportunities to identify areas for growth and service enhancement.
- Assess proposals for new services, healthcare programs, expansion initiatives and strategic collaborations.
- Analyze operational and clinical performance information to identify trends, risks, capacity constraints and opportunities for improvement.
- Translate complex healthcare data into clear insights, recommendations and executive-level reports.
- Review KPIs, benchmarks and performance indicators to support strategic and operational decision-making.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, productivity, resource utilization and overall healthcare service delivery.
- Support transformation and continuous improvement initiatives across clinical and operational functions.
- Analyze patient access, patient flow, capacity and service utilization to identify barriers and improvement opportunities.
- Develop business cases, strategic presentations, executive briefings and performance reports for senior leadership.
- Provide evidence-based recommendations on operational challenges, growth opportunities and emerging healthcare trends.
- Support senior governance meetings and strategic committees through analysis, recommendations and follow-up.
- Work closely with clinical, finance, digital health, corporate and operational stakeholders to drive organizational priorities.
- Explore opportunities involving business intelligence, advanced analytics and emerging technologies to strengthen forecasting, planning and performance management.
