About The RoleWe are seeking an experienced and highly qualified Consultant ENT – Head & Neck Surgeon to join a leading healthcare organization in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will provide expert diagnostic, medical, and surgical management of disorders affecting the ear, nose, throat, head, and neck, while delivering exceptional patient care in accordance with international clinical standards.This position offers the opportunity to work within a multidisciplinary team in a modern healthcare environment equipped with advanced diagnostic and surgical technologies.Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and manage a wide range of ENT and head & neck conditions in both outpatient and inpatient settings.Perform advanced surgical procedures involving the ear, nose, throat, salivary glands, thyroid, and head & neck regions.Evaluate and treat patients with head and neck tumors, airway disorders, voice disorders, swallowing disorders, and complex ENT conditions.Conduct endoscopic examinations and utilize advanced diagnostic techniques.Manage pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative patient care.Collaborate with oncologists, radiologists, pathologists, speech therapists, and other specialists in the management of complex cases.Participate in multidisciplinary tumor boards and clinical case discussions.Provide emergency ENT coverage and consultation services as required.Supervise and mentor junior physicians, residents, and allied healthcare professionals.Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, clinical audits, research activities, and continuing medical education programs.Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements.RequirementsMedical degree (MBBS or equivalent) from an accredited institution.Board Certification / CCT / Fellowship in Otolaryngology (ENT).Fellowship or advanced training in Head & Neck Surgery preferred.Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing as a Consultant ENT Specialist.Demonstrated expertise in head and neck surgical procedures and comprehensive ENT care.Strong clinical, surgical, and decision-making skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Proven leadership and multidisciplinary teamwork experience.Eligibility for licensure with the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS).Preferred QualificationsWestern Board Certification (UK CCT, FRCS, American Board, Canadian Fellowship, Australian Fellowship, or equivalent).Experience in tertiary-care or academic medical centers.Research, teaching, or publication experience in ENT and Head & Neck Surgery.BenefitsCompetitive tax-free salary package.Housing and relocation assistance.Annual flight allowance.Comprehensive health insurance.Generous annual leave entitlement.CME and professional development support.Career advancement opportunities within a leading healthcare organization.
