Total Rewards ManagerJob SummaryA leading organization is seeking an experienced Total Rewards Manager to lead and develop comprehensive compensation and benefits strategies that support business objectives, attract and retain talent, and ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.The successful candidate will oversee compensation structures, salary benchmarking, incentive programs, benefits, and rewards policies while providing data-driven recommendations to senior management.Key ResponsibilitiesCompensation ManagementDevelop and maintain compensation structures, salary ranges, and job grades.Conduct regular market salary benchmarking and compensation analysis.Lead the annual salary review and merit increase process.Ensure internal equity and external competitiveness of compensation practices.Conduct job evaluations and recommend appropriate grading and salary positioning.Provide compensation recommendations for promotions, transfers, new hires, and adjustments.Support management in complex compensation-related decisions.Incentives & Variable PayDesign, implement, and manage short-term and long-term incentive programs.Develop and review bonus and performance-based incentive schemes.Monitor the effectiveness and competitiveness of incentive plans.Ensure accurate calculation and administration of annual bonus programs.Align incentive structures with business and organizational objectives.Benefits ManagementManage the company's overall employee benefits portfolio.Review and benchmark benefits against market practices.Evaluate and recommend improvements to existing benefits programs.Manage relationships with insurance providers, consultants, and other benefits vendors.Conduct cost-benefit analysis for new and existing benefits initiatives.HR Analytics & ReportingDevelop compensation and benefits reports, dashboards, and analytics.Analyze compensation trends, pay gaps, and workforce cost data.Provide management with insights and recommendations based on compensation analytics.Monitor Total Rewards KPIs and prepare regular management reports.Ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of compensation data.Budgeting & Workforce Cost ManagementLead the annual compensation and benefits budgeting process.Prepare salary increase and personnel cost budgets.Forecast compensation costs based on workforce plans and business requirements.Partner with Finance to monitor and control personnel expenses.Policies & GovernanceDevelop and maintain compensation, benefits, and rewards policies.Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.Establish appropriate governance and approval processes for compensation decisions.Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee compensation information.Stakeholder ManagementPartner with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and senior management.Provide guidance to HR teams and managers on compensation and benefits matters.Support Talent Acquisition with market data and compensation recommendations for offers.Participate in organizational restructuring, grading, and workforce planning projects.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.7–10 years of relevant experience in Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards, including managerial or supervisory experience.Strong experience in salary structures, job evaluation, salary benchmarking, incentives, and benefits.Proven experience in developing and implementing compensation policies and frameworks.Strong analytical and numerical skills with advanced Excel capabilities.Experience with HRIS/ERP systems and HR analytics tools.Good knowledge of labor regulations and HR practices.Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Experience within a manufacturing, industrial, or multinational environment is highly preferred.Professional certifications such as CIPD, WorldatWork, or SHRM are an advantage.Key CompetenciesTotal Rewards StrategyCompensation & BenefitsSalary BenchmarkingJob Evaluation & GradingIncentive & Bonus DesignHR AnalyticsBudgeting & Cost ManagementMarket IntelligenceData AnalysisPolicy DevelopmentStrategic ThinkingStakeholder ManagementConfidentiality & IntegrityConfidentiality NoticeThis is a confidential opportunity.
