Construction Manager – Fit-Out | Hospital ProjectIndustry: Healthcare / ConstructionWe are seeking an experienced Construction Manager – Fit-Out to join our team for a major hospital project.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee all fit-out and construction activities in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, programme, and quality standards.Lead site teams, subcontractors, and specialist contractors to ensure timely and efficient execution.Coordinate architectural finishes, partitions, ceilings, flooring, doors, joinery, and other interior works.Coordinate closely with MEP, HVAC, electrical, ELV, fire protection, medical gas, and other specialist hospital systems.Review and coordinate shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and technical submissions.Liaise with consultants, client representatives, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve technical and site issues.Monitor progress, productivity, manpower, materials, and equipment requirements.Ensure all works comply with project specifications, approved materials, HSE requirements, and healthcare standards.Coordinate inspections, testing, commissioning, snagging, and final handover.Participate in progress and coordination meetings and provide regular project updates.Identify construction risks, delays, and interface issues and implement corrective actions.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering10+ years of construction experience, with significant experience in fit-out projects.Proven experience working on hospital/healthcare projects is highly preferred.Strong knowledge of architectural fit-out and MEP coordination.Experience managing subcontractors and multidisciplinary site teams.Strong knowledge of construction methods, QA/QC, HSE, and project coordination.Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.-Hospital Experience – Advantage
