Main Job Duties: Adhere to established project time schedules and ensure mechanical installations stay on track Monitor and supervise installation of Mechanical, HVAC, Firefighting, Plumbing, and AC systems Execute work according to approved project plans and specifications Implement daily and weekly planning to meet project milestones Prepare drawings for variations or modifications as needed Obtain necessary approvals from consultation supervisors for any variations Document all approved changes and update project documentation accordingly Report any potential schedule deviations and recommend recovery strategies Oversee contractor work while occasionally performing direct execution when necessary Conduct regular site inspections to verify quality of installations Verify all materials and equipment match approved samples and catalogs Enforce adherence to technical drawings, building codes, and industry standards Supervise testing procedures at various work stages Review and validate contractors' monthly payment claims Coordinate with other engineering disciplines to resolve site conflicts Report progress and issues to project management
