• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.• 5+ years of relevant site experience in MEP, construction, fit-out, or related projects.• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, fire-fighting, and mechanical installations.• Good knowledge of AutoCAD and ability to read and coordinate MEP drawings.• Strong site management, coordination, and problem-solving skills.• Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating with consultants.• Very good communication skills and good command of English.

• Supervise and manage daily mechanical site activities and installations.• Ensure mechanical works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and applicable standards.• Coordinate HVAC, plumbing, fire-fighting, and other mechanical works with site teams and other disciplines.• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and the technical office.• Review shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documentation.• Monitor progress, manpower, materials, and productivity and prepare site reports.• Inspect installations and ensure proper quality and compliance before consultant/client inspections.• Identify technical clashes and site constraints and coordinate timely solutions.• Support testing, commissioning, snagging, handover, and project close-out activities.
