Our client is a leading real estate developer within UAE market, they are seeking an experienced and proactive Head of Maintenance to lead and oversee all maintenance activities across our property portfolio in Northern Emirates. This leadership role is crucial in ensuring the highest standards of property upkeep, operational efficiency, and tenant satisfaction through strategic planning and team management.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance strategies and plans for all properties to ensure safety, functionality, and regulatory compliance.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the maintenance team, including contractors and vendors, ensuring high performance and quality standards.
- Coordinate and oversee routine maintenance, preventative maintenance, repairs, and emergency response activities effectively and efficiently.
- Manage budget preparation, control expenses related to maintenance activities, and negotiate contracts with service providers.
- Collaborate with other departments such as property management and leasing to support overall business objectives and enhance tenant satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in all maintenance operations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience in maintenance management within the real estate or property management sector, preferably in the UAE.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
- Excellent knowledge of maintenance procedures, safety standards, and regulatory requirements in the UAE.
- Competency in budgeting, cost control, and vendor management.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders, contractors, and tenants.
