Job SummaryThe Property Maintenance Coordinator manages daily maintenance and repair activities across residential, commercial, or managed properties.The role coordinates requests, contractors, service providers, inspections, and repairs to keep properties safe, functional, and well maintained.Key ResponsibilitiesReceive, log, prioritize, and follow up on property maintenance requests.Coordinate preventive and reactive maintenance and schedule work with tenants, owners, contractors, and service providers.Assign jobs to approved contractors, monitor progress, and follow up on outstanding requests.Obtain quotations, compare proposals, and coordinate inspections, repairs, servicing, and routine maintenance.Inspect completed work for quality, scope, and compliance with requirements.Maintain records of maintenance requests, work orders, quotations, invoices, warranties, and service reports.Monitor contractor performance, attendance, workmanship, and adherence to timelines.Coordinate emergency maintenance and escalate urgent or high-risk matters.Assist with property inspections and identify maintenance, safety, and repair requirements.Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules for equipment, systems, and building facilities.Liaise with suppliers, review invoices, and ensure compliance with policies, safety standards, and regulations.Communicate with tenants, prepare management reports, and support budgets, planning, and cost control.Required Qualifications And ExperienceTwo to four years of experience in property maintenance, facilities coordination, building management, or a similar role.Experience coordinating contractors.A diploma or bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Property Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
