Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and support infrastructure both on-premises and in the cloud (AWS, Azure, VMware) using IaC tools (Terraform & OpenTofu).Implement and maintain security measures and security best practices.Monitor and validate backups, troubleshoot incidents, and escalate complex issues when needed.Support help desk teams by resolving system and infrastructure escalations.Administer and manage operating systems running Windows Server and Ubuntu Linux.Manage Office 365 email accounts and Azure services.Maintain and configure load balancer such as AWS Load balancers and Nginx.Apply system patches, security updates, and SSL certificate renewals.Keep track of infrastructure assets and services.Ensure high availability through clustering, load balancing, and redundancy configurations.Maintain infrastructure services such as DNS, DHCP, Certificate Authority, and file servers.Document procedures and contribute to knowledge sharing.Technical Requirements:Proficiency with Amazon Web Services AWS (VMware & Azure are a plus)Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Action, GitLab CIHands on experience with IaC tool, Terraform & OpenTofuVersions Control: GitGood understanding of Docker and containerizationFamiliarity with logging and monitoring toolsGood knowledge of PostgreSQL and SQL databasesAutomations and scripting (GO & AWS Lambda experience is a plus)Solid understanding of NetworkingIntermediate skills of Linux & WindowsFamiliarity with JIRA and ticketing systems
