Job Overview:
The Transmission Associate will support Generation Interconnection projects across North America. This includes reviewing System Impact, Facility Studies, Affected System studies and support interconnection throughout the Interconnection Process. Respond to Deficiencies related to technical modeling such as PSSE, PSCAD, Short Circuit, etc. Run technical studies to support greenfield and development efforts related to renewable projects. Track regulatory developments in assigned markets in order to advise the project team in handling all transmission-related issues and minimizing potential risks for the company.
