This is a 2nd shift Mechanical Assembler position focused on the assembly and testing of enclosed drive gearboxes and twist element production. Responsibilities include reading blueprints and using precision measurement tools like calipers, monitoring equipment, troubleshooting errors, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Collaboration with Purchasing, Quality, and Engineering teams is expected to resolve assembly and test issues. Overtime and occasional weekends may be required.

Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent is required. Must have background in industrial machinery assembly, be able to read assembly blueprints in English, and possess forklift and material handling experience. Ability to lift 50 pounds and be at least 18 years of age are also necessary.

We are seeking a 2nd shift detail-oriented and reliable Mechanical Assembler responsible for the assembly and testing of enclosed drive gearboxes. This manufacturing role will consist of gear box assembly/Twist element production and subassemblies, as well as monitoring equipment and performing measurements, troubleshooting, and correcting errors. Experience with material traceability, batch production and mechanical aptitude will be a big plus in this role.
