Prior management experience in Holiday or Cruise Operations is required, with proven ability to lead large teams, manage budgets, and make critical decisions under tight deadlines. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential, with knowledge of Arabic language preferred. IT literacy and the ability to interpret data and MI are required. Candidates must hold the full right to work documentation for Egypt or be willing to apply, and be living in or willing to relocate to Sharm El Sheikh. A full and valid driving licence and own car with appropriate insurance are also required.

As a Destination Manager, you will hold the most senior role in the destination and play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a seamless and enjoyable holiday experience. You will manage a team of Team Leaders and Customer Helper - Representatives, manage operations at the resort and airport, and work as one team with internal and external stakeholders to deliver outstanding service.
