Requirements
The Marketing Executive will be responsible for assisting the Marketing Manager in implementing the hotel's marketing strategy, including digital marketing (social media, email), PR, and content development. Required qualifications include experience in a similar marketing role, strong understanding of marketing and eCommerce strategies, excellent English communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, project/time/budget management, and a customer focus. Preferred qualifications include digital marketing experience, commercial awareness, familiarity with property management systems and online tools, and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

As a Marketing Executive, you're not just supporting brand positioning initiatives – you're spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.ResponsibilitiesHere's what you'll do during a typical day:DutiesThe Marketing Executive is responsible for assisting Marketing Manager in the implementation of the hotel's marketing strategy, supporting ongoing campaigns, content development, and day-to-day administrative duties listed below:Digital/Online FocusPlan and execute all digital marketing for the hotel including social media and email marketingDesign, build and maintain the social media presence across all digital channels for the properties being in chargeMeasure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)Identify social media trends and insights to inform the marketing planPR FocusEnsure hotels have appropriate PR content including up to date media list, press kits, collateral, brochures and all matters relating to communications with relevant external mediaRegular media monitoring including collating all media coverage.Being a key point of contact and liaising with journalists and influencers, supporting with hotel stays and logistics.Liaison with the regional Hilton PR Team as appropriate. Social Media FocusIncorporating social media into hotel's marketing strategy and into all marketing campaigns as deemed appropriateBeing aware of communications from the Hilton Social Team when it comes to best practices, announcements and social media recommendationsPoint of contact for all things social, including online reputation management, content, strategy, and the daily upkeep of the hotel's active social channels.Food & Drinks FocusSupporting the senior team and F&B stakeholders with promoting the F&B outlets through different marketing channelsSupporting with and arranging photoshoots and updating available visual assets (for F&B)Producing campaigns and content to promote key F&B moments throughout the yearMonitoring online review platforms (i.e. TripAdvisorQualificationsRequired Qualifications: Experience in a similar marketing role with a proven track record of supporting and managing marketing. Strong understanding of key marketing and eCommerce strategies, particularly within the hospitality industry. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, project and time management, and budget management. Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines. Strong customer focus and ability to work independently. Creative mindset with an interest in working in the hospitality marketing sector.Preferred Qualifications Experience in digital marketing, including managing social media channels and email campaigns. Understanding of commercial awareness and the ability to adapt to changing priorities. Familiarity with the hotel's property management systems, online marketing tools, and content management. Knowledge of hospitality marketing best practices. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or an equivalent qualification.
