• Provide outpatient consultation and primary medical care.
• Diagnose and treat common illnesses and minor injuries.
• Respond to workplace medical emergencies and stabilize patients before referral if required.

• Promote preventive healthcare and employee wellness.
• Coordinate referrals to specialists or hospitals when necessary.
