Job Title: Finance Manager Location: Cairo, Egypt · Full-TimeAbout the RoleWe are seeking a hands-on Finance Manager to lead the finance function of our Egyptian entity in Cairo, and to support selected finance activities in Saudi Arabia. Reporting to the Zone CFO with a local reporting line to the Business Unit Manager, the role holds overall responsibility for finance, accounting, treasury and tax, manages the accounting team, and safeguards the accuracy and IFRS / local-GAAP compliance of the accounts.Key ResponsibilitiesTeam & finance function: manage the accounting team, allocate workload, ensure business continuity and adequate staffing.Business control & reporting: own monthly, quarterly and annual closings; ensure correct reporting (ageing balance, P&L by job, overhead analysis, cash forecast); update project cost reports.Accounting & financial statements: guarantee IFRS / Egyptian-GAAP compliance; deliver a true-and-fair audit opinion; reconcile intercompany balances.Treasury & working capital: manage cash position and forecast, bank relationships, bonds/LCs, receivables collection, petty cash.Tax & compliance: ensure timely CIT, VAT, WHT and payroll-tax filings and e-invoicing; supervise Transfer Pricing; manage tax audits.Internal control & audit: implement Group policies, manage external auditors, control stock takes, prevent fraud.
