Requirements
The Quality Management System Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining an integrated QMS/EMS aligned with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. This role requires leading continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies like Lean, PDCA, Six Sigma, and root-cause analysis to identify opportunities that reduce defects, delays, environmental impact, and operating costs. The manager will also ensure compliance with internal policies, customer requirements, and regulatory mandates, conducting internal audits and risk assessments.

QMS & EMS Development and LeadershipDesign, implement, and maintain an integrated QMS/EMS aligned with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001Ensure the system is simple, user-friendly, and process-focused, emphasizing real operational valueContinuous Improvement & Business PerformanceLead continuous improvement initiatives using structured methodologies (Lean, PDCA, Six Sigma, root-cause analysis, etc.).Use the management system to identify improvement opportunities that reduce defects, delays, environmental impact, and operating costs.Facilitate data-driven decision-making to support business growth and improved performance.Compliance & Risk ManagementEnsure compliance with internal policies, customer requirements, regulatory mandates, and certification standards.Conduct and coordinate internal audits, management reviews, and risk assessments.Implement corrective and preventive actions that address root causes and prevent recurrence.
