Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent. Minimum 10+ years of experience as a Quality Controller with strong technical understanding of Quality control and assurance. Must hold NACE Level 2 certification and have strong knowledge in root cause analysis. Requires proven leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to achieve business results in a multi-cultural environment.
