Job SummaryThe HR Generalist will support day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll and benefits administration, and offboarding. The role will work closely with CEO and employees to provide HR support, ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintain accurate employee records.ResponsibilitiesManage and support the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers, and joining formalities.Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding processes.Manage employee offboarding, resignation, and termination processes.Assist with payroll preparation and benefits administration.Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.Ensure employees and managers follow company HR policies and procedures.Support compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations.Handle employee queries and provide day-to-day HR support.Work closely with managers on employee-related matters and HR requirements.Prepare HR letters, reports, and other employment-related documents.Support leave, attendance, insurance, visa, and other HR administration as required.Assist with the implementation and improvement of HR policies and processes.QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.3–5 years of experience in a generalist HR role.Good understanding of HR practices and employment regulations.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Good organizational and time-management skills.Ability to handle confidential information professionally.Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.Experience with HRIS, payroll, or HR management systems is an advantage.About Hashtag:Hashtag is a social-first agency with offices in Dubai, Riyadh, Alexandria, and Amman.
