Skills description A bachelor's degree in education or a relevant subject, along with a recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, B.Ed. or equivalent). Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum for England and effective primary classroom practice. Experience supporting students with additional learning needs, SEND or inclusion within a primary setting. A strong understanding of inclusive teaching strategies, differentiation and personalised learning. A commitment to outstanding teaching and learning, raising student achievement and ensuring every learner can make progress. The ability to inspire, motivate and engage learners of all abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, colleagues and families. A collaborative approach and commitment to working closely with class teachers and the wider inclusion team.
