Job Description:
1. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for overseas and bulk hiring campaigns across Asia, Africa, and other international locations.
2. Source, screen, interview, and shortlist candidates for technical, operational, and professional positions.
3. Coordinate expatriate recruitment activities, including international sourcing strategies and candidate pipeline management.
4. Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce planning, hiring priorities, and project timelines.
