We are allocating an initial $23 billion to advance and accelerate lower-carbon solutions, investing in new energies and decarbonization technologies to enable our net zero by 2045 ambition and our commitment to zero methane emissions by 2030.Abou Role: Prepare and optimize drilling programs to ensure safe and efficient operations.Develop and implement innovative drilling techniques and technologies.Examine and analyze drilling data to identify areas for improvement.Lead troubleshooting efforts to resolve operational challenges during drilling activities.Review and advise on casing design and material selection for various drilling projects.Execute well suspension and abandonment plans in compliance with industry standards.Advise on blowout contingency plans and hazard identification strategies.Analyze subsurface pressures, borehole stability, and rock mechanics to ensure drilling integrity.Develop and review cementing design and operations for optimal well integrity.Supervise directional drilling and anticollision strategies to ensure safety and accuracy.Qualification & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in drilling engineering or related roles.Certification in Well Control (e.g., IWCF or IADC) is required.
