InterviewDirects values empathy, transparency, and practical support for people navigating career transitions.Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a Recruiter (Reverse) at InterviewDirects. In this role, you will primarily engage with job seekers who are laid off or open to work, understand their career goals, and help match them to relevant hiring managers and openings. Your day-to-day tasks will include conducting brief intake conversations, reviewing profiles or résumés, identifying suitable employers, and facilitating introductions or referral-based connections. You will coordinate direct chats between candidates and hiring stakeholders, maintain accurate records of interactions, and follow up to ensure a positive experience for both sides. Collaboration with internal team members to refine matching criteria, share market feedback, and improve outreach processes will also be part of your responsibilities.
