Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant medical/scientific field, proven experience in a clinical, product-support, or customer-training role, strong presentation, communication, and customer-training skills, good written and spoken English, current residence in Cairo or Giza, and ability to travel inside and outside Egypt are required. Conceptual thinking, problem-solving, attention to detail, organizational, administrative, and planning skills, ability to work under pressure, and independently are also important.

DNA Nexus Distribution is hiring two Clinical Product Specialists – Medical & Aesthetic Equipment to provide clinical and product support across our medical and aesthetic technology portfolio.The two-person team will provide appropriate male and female clinical coverage. Some technologies involve intimate health and other patient-sensitive applications for both male and female patients; the two specialists will complement each other while both supporting the broader, non-gender-specific portfolio. Applications are welcome from both male and female candidates.Minimum Requirements to Apply• Bachelor's degree from a Faculty of Medicine, Physiotherapy, Pharmacy, Science, or another directly relevant medical/scientific field.• Proven experience as a Clinical Coordinator or in a comparable clinical, product-support, or customer-training role.• Strong presentation, communication, and customer-training skills.• Good written and spoken English.• Current residence in Cairo or Giza.• Ability to travel inside and outside Egypt.Key Responsibilities• Demonstrate DNA Nexus medical and aesthetic equipment and technologies at customer clinics and hospitals, conferences, exhibitions, and trade shows.• Support the Sales Team with clinical and product expertise so every technology is demonstrated to best advantage.• Deliver post-sales customer support and product training at customer clinics and hospitals.• Maintain contact with existing users and support ongoing customer satisfaction and confidence.• Provide appropriate clinical coverage across general, intimate-health, and other patient-sensitive applications.• Collect, analyze, and communicate relevant customer-training and competitive information.Additional Requirements• Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving ability.• Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.• Strong organizational, administrative, and planning skills.• Ability to work effectively under pressure and respond appropriately to urgent situations.• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.• Relevant clinical-coordination training and/or certifications.Location: New Cairo, Cairo, EgyptEmployment type: Full-timeOpenings: 2 – Clinical Coverage Team
