Requirements
Requires 1-3 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Logistics Coordination, Customer Service, Order Management, or Sales Support, preferably within Food & Beverage, FMCG, Distribution, or HORECA industries. Must have knowledge of UAE locations and delivery routing, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Experience with CRM/ERP systems, especially Zoho, is a strong advantage. Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills are essential.

This role requires someone who can effectively coordinate between customers, sales teams, warehouse operations, and delivery drivers while maintaining excellent service levels in a fast-paced environment.Candidates with Food & Beverage distribution experience will be strongly preferred. Experience using Zoho CRM/ERP is highly desirable.Key ResponsibilitiesSales CoordinationProcess and track customer orders from placement through successful deliveryMaintain accurate customer, pricing, and contract records within CRM/ERP systemsPrepare quotations, proposals, and sales reportsManage customer inquiries, product sample requests, and follow-up communicationsSupport onboarding of new customer accounts including cafés, restaurants, hotels, and retail outletsAssist with product launches, promotions, and pricing updatesCoordinate effectively with the sales team to ensure smooth order fulfillmentLogistics & Delivery CoordinationCoordinate daily delivery schedules with drivers and dispatch teamsSupport route planning and route optimization across the UAEMonitor delivery progress and resolve delays, failed deliveries, returns, and customer issuesCoordinate fleet availability against daily and weekly order volumesMonitor stock availability and communicate potential fulfillment challengesLiaise with warehouse teams to ensure timely order picking and dispatchMaintain clear communication between sales, warehouse, logistics, and customersRequirements1-3 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Logistics Coordination, Customer Service, Order Management, or Sales SupportPrevious experience within Food & Beverage, FMCG, Distribution, or HORECA industries is highly preferredExperience using CRM/ERP systems; Zoho experience is a strong advantageKnowledge of UAE locations, delivery routing, and logistics coordinationStrong personality with the ability to manage competing priorities and handle pressure effectivelyExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Excel and reportingAbility to coordinate effectively across sales, warehouse, logistics, and customer teamsBenefitsSalary: AED 6,000 - AED 7,000 per month (depending on experience) + Other Benefits as per company Norms and UAE Labour Law
